The shower was cramped, measuring only 80 by 80 cm, making it a challenge to use comfortably. Frequent issues with hot water availability were frustrating, leaving us with only five minutes of hot water each day. the bathroom had a problematic sewage smell, and the noise from the sanitation system was disruptive. The mattresses were uncomfortably thin. The curtains couldn’t be fully closed, allowing light to disturb sleep.

The location was great, right outside the Vatican. We met the sweet housekeeper who was super helpful. The suite was clean and a good size. Breakfast was nearby with a nice croissant and drink included. it felt like good value for money. 😊

Unexpected charm near Vatican City

The location was fantastic—only a 15-minute stroll to Vatican City! The host was incredibly friendly and provided helpful local recommendations, making our stay quite pleasant.

Superb location with friendly help

The location here is unbeatable! Just a short walk to the Vatican. Mr Angelo was so helpful during our stay, making it feel even more welcoming. While the bathroom had some issues with odor and size, the overall atmosphere was pleasant and definitely worth considering for the price.

Had a lovely time exploring the beautiful lobby and enjoying some downtime in the cozy lounge. There were great relaxation areas with comfy seating and even a little library nook! The only hiccup was the slight delay in getting our room ready, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

The Junior Suite was spacious and clean, creating a very comfortable atmosphere for our family. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport and proximity to major attractions. Daily cleaning was appreciated, although we encountered issues with hot water availability in the shower. Breakfast options nearby were delightful, especially the crepes, which added a nice touch to our mornings. The responsive service from the staff, including quick assistance from Mrs Baby, truly elevated our experience.
